Blog Entry number one (Metagonition Reflection) LA BLUE

Metagonition is thinking about your thinking. While we play and make the clay into an animal of our choice, I notice that it is kind of hard when you are making an animal with a limited time and that I as well also notice that the strategies that we are using during the activity was "Think aloud". Throughout the activity, I think that the hard part was when we must said our procedure out loud! I learned that my partner don't actually like playing with clay and she built an onion car. Metagonition might help me as a student because it teaches me to think out loud about my steps at a time and it also teaches me how to learn deeply and be flexible in using my knowledge and skills.

  1. Pam, the detail you added about your partner's experience enhanced the post. What about your experience? What did you find fun or difficult and why?
